The UOC Strategic Plan is the road map that accompanies the University's strategy and helps prioritize decision making.
This year sees the launch of the 2024-2025 phase of the Strategic Plan 2022-2025. This new phase is defined by the arrival of the new governing team.
The UOC has identified 12 strategic challenges that it must face in the coming years.

Increase levels and forms of personalization, supported by AI, in order to enhance teaching quality

Adapt and update the programmes we offer to meet society's needs, in keeping with the University's knowledge areas and research lines
